Impressed by that DF video. Getting excited for the Pro. 60 odd titles so far with Pro enhancements.
Only need a 30x Zoom to see them….lol..
My disc drive just arrived now hoping the slim black plates fit…

That DF video does show some decent improvements. Got a disc drive on order, hoping the slim drive is compatible with pro? I'm still rocking the OG PS5 so this is all new to me.
Can we just remove and put our NVMEs into the new console and retain the data, or does it need to be wiped?
Yes, I have the PS5 Slim disc model. I be using that on my PS5 Pro instead of buying a new drive.
Yes, you can drop it into the new console without formatting. It will pick everything up.
They both use the same covers.Only need a 30x Zoom to see them….lol..

Thanks, the more videos I watch the more my resolve is crumbling and if I order a Pro I don't want to be stuck waiting in the house all day if I can avoid it.Yes. They use DPD and normally pretty good with delivery window sent early in the day.
If you don't want to order from direct, i think they go on sale through retail on the 10th October. Thanks, the more videos I watch the more my resolve is crumbling and if I order a Pro I don't want to be stuck waiting in the house all day if I can avoid it.
Easiest way is to ensure cloud saves are activated ( need a PS essential sub at least ). Alternatively, go to the settings and manually transfer your saves to USB/external drive. Also how to we transfer saves etc?
Just buckled and ordered direct. Asked me multiple times to sign in before the order would go through but I've got a confirmation email so I'm all goodIf you don't want to order from direct, i think they go on sale through retail on the 10th October.

Agreed - for that money I would at least expect some back paddles (says the person that paid £200 for the privilege ).£70 for a controller is a complete ripoff. Sony are really taking the p*ss nowadays.
I wonder if PSVR2 will get a performance uplift in GT7 ? I suspect the answer is no, otherwise Sony would have been quick to highlight it. Again, I'm surprised DF didn't cover this ( you're slacking guys ! )Looking forward to trying GT7 when I get the pro!
