Well they don't 'replace' Google Assistant and Google/Android Pay, they just run alongside them. When I had Samsung phones I always disabled the Samsung apps because Google's were much better anyway. Google Asst and Pay work just like on any other Android device.I have my eye on this phone at the moment but it'll be first Samsung. I've generally always had Nexus' or LG's in recent times, so stock Android.
I know Bixby replaces Google Assistant, and it seems Samsung Pay replaces Android Pay? What else should I expect from Samsung (good or bad)? I would be tempted to root but unfortunately I have to be able to access banking apps etc for work so that's a no-go.
