Still can't get this for a decent upgrade price on 3. Where's the cheapest you can get this SIM free.
Or to quoted OP, is it unlocked?
Saw it for £399 in 02 on PAYG. So I doubt it is unlocked

Mate i just posted the information on last page! You should be looking at next week they cant survive on pre-orders alone.
I get 10.3mbps write speed and 19.7mbps read on my 8gb class 6, not bad really?
Latest statement from the jokers over at V.F What a bunch of jokers they really are.
"We promised we'd come back to you with the latest information and we've got some good news for Samsung Galaxy S 2 pre-order customers. The device passed the testing process on Friday and the handsets are winging their way to our warehouse now.
We'll start to dispatch them to pre-order customers from Wednesday this week, which means they should arrive within 2-4 working days of 18 May, subject to customers passing our credit check and our regular Ts & Cs for online orders"
Hrm, any way to find out which apps are using wifi/GPS?
I noticed that something is trying to use GPS... Went into the Settings > Apps > Running and killed loads of stuff but it was still trying (and failing as I'm indoors).
Perhaps I need a better task manager app?

Any way to make the SMS tone more quiet that the lowest volumne on the ringer...still a bit loud at my desk in work!
This is my Joyflash 16GB Micro SD Card Class 10 from the bay that cost £17.50.

Ahh yes good idea that, will give it ago, thanks....I normally increase mine but you could decrease them too if you need.
The way I do it is select the ringtone/notification etc that I want. Normally a clip from an mp3. Load it into GoldWave/Audacity etc and cut out the bit required. Then increase the volume using the tools in the program and save the resulting file to the phone.
GoldWave has an option to ½ the volume, don't know about Audacity etc though.
What is with the charging time?...is its just from the capacity of the battery or something else?
