My Samsung 256gb SSD and 64gb SanDisk microSD also arrive yesterday.
 
I just think cases look ugly and detract from the phone :/

Have a lovely slim and light phone, then stick a case on it and its no longer so thin and stylish :|

Also had a hardish case for my original iphone/3g and they ended up with scratches on corners/edge where the case was, havent used a case since lol
 
The S3 is still thin and light with a case, more than the S2. iPhones are bricks anyway though so it's no wonder you felt that way!

You really do have to feel the Rock Case on an S3 to appreciate how good it is. Pictures tell half the story.
 
Had a play with the S3 in Vodafone today have to say its a lovely phone not as ugly in the flesh as it is in photos and so light.
They had the One X there too as I have to say I thought the One X screen looked nicer, was brighter at full brightness and colours looked nicer and blacks on the One X are pretty good obviously the S3 wins there but I think overall the One X screen was better. Still would get the S3 though as I prefer the extras like Micro SD and removable battery.

My friend got the one x the same day i got the s3. Honest opinion? It looks far better to me than the s3, purely looks based. But i wanted the better gpu etc from the sgs3 :)

As for the rock case, i am tempted to give it a shot, as this phone is quite slippery to hold, and i am so paranoid about scratching it a case kind of makes sense.

Worried that the case will scratch the corners/edges where it attaches though like my old one.
 
Can anyone give me a link for CF-Root-SGS3-v6.1 (xda link doesnt work) and the camera mod everyone is talking about, been busy today so not had much time to play :(

Samsung really have invented the Pebble Blue colour. My S3 is like a chameleon!! Yesterday it had a blue / purple tint on the back and now it's gunmetal grey in almost identical lighting conditions. What on earth is going on?!!!
 
From what people (mrk :P) are saying, it improves the 1080p capture by a significant margin.... Just rooted my phone so I want to try it :D

Yeah that does seem to be the one and I'm sure there was an XDA link posted here but I can't find it! Nor can I see it on the xda forums :S
