I haven't updated my firmware on the camera, doesn't seem to be the best at 100%

This will 99% likely be an app you have.
Bah, I thought I might try plugging in a microphone into the headphones socket, figured it might work when recoding videos as headsets work during calls but nope, still records using built in mic!
Would be nice if developers could customise this though, imagine being able to plug in a high quality microphone to record videos with, coupled with the already amazing camcorder...

Installed airpush detector and it told me what the app's were, they are gone now

When it appears, use the task manager to close everything which is not a system application. Do them one by one and when the ads disappear you know the culprit
