anyway to get rid of touchwiz and bloatware?got my sgs3 this morning, already rooted but cant decide on a rom just yet.

touchwiz keeps crashing, this happen to anyone else?

I'd like the same, just a standard none bloated rom

Omega v13.1 is rather good, stuck it on my S3 this morning. There are options to remove bloatware on install, it doesn't get everything but you can hide most of the other stuff if you like. Or, just get Cyanogenmod 9.

does cyanogemod 9 have less bloatware? i see cyanogenmod 10 is out why not use that?

Cyanogenmod 9 is stock android, there is no bloatware at all. Cyanogenmod 10 is the Nightly Jellybean version and is still buggy. There is a stable version of Cyanogenmod 9 out, that is why I recommended that.

When you go to the link for nightly builds to download, click stable and that should be the best option for a day to day running phone.

It should be rather straight forward and Cyanogenmod is bloomin wonderful.

It's really strange how the Jelly Bean software actually makes the screen feel 'soft'... I don't understand it.

There is definitely something about Jelly Bean that feels much nicer, I've never actually noticed a definite difference but if feels so much nicer if that makes sense.

JB's soo smooth and responsive on the N7 - just can't see how that aspect can be improved upon with upcoming Android releases

Installed cm9 in no time.Getting a little peed off though.

I keep getting sd card error, i cant unmount/mount it and when i try to format it, it just hangs there forever.I tried factory reset etc but no luck.
Also computer wont see it as storage either.

Restored to backup of stock rom and error message comes up again but lets me format it and it works again.been reinstalling cm9 a few times and even tried cm10 but still the sd card bggers up and its a brand new 64gb sd card.

the cm ROMs don't support ExtFat iirc which is why 64gb cards don't always work.

I had SD card error on my completely standard phone last night which was weird
