Out of warranty by about 3 weeks too

Samsung have 2 year warranties, you're fine.

Oh brilliant!

I've just found someone at work with the same phone, used their battery and it charges fine so seems like its a problem with the battery itself. That will explain the battery drain I've been complaining about the past couple of month. I even factory reset my phone the other week to see if my apps were draining the battery.

Will batteries be covered under warranty?

Bro had that issue too tommo, although he would also get no sim card error messages and the phone would occasionally turn itself off..

Yeah I've been getting all sorts of odd messages.

Phone is in a bit of a state to be honest. Need to look into replacing the screen myself too

Batteries have their own separate warranty of 6 months.

On temasek v24 with his kernel, zzmoove governor & yank's profile, just about to hit 21 hours and 30 minutes on battery, 2 and half hours on screen and still got 26% battery.

Looks a beast! Unfortunately I still need my phone to be ablt to fit in my pocket!

So....Anybody replaced thier front glass yet as a DIY job? My digitiser is fine btw.

Did it on the last couple of Iphones I had without too much problem.

Nope as 4.2.2 is not official for the s3 he will move directly to 4.3, follow him on Facebook and Twitter to get all the latest updates and ask him questions

Get temaseks CM mod. Much better than the Samsung based ROMs.

Yeah, 46.1 is 4.2.2, but (in Samsung's S3 leak anyway) isn't brilliant on battery life.

I've been happily using it for a month or two now though.
