**** The Official Samsung Galaxy S10 Family Thread ****

Just ordered the S10 to replace my trusty S8 :)

Also ordered a Samsung Navy Blue Leather case to go with it, I'm a sucker for leather cases. I had the Samsung Alcantara on my S8, it's still great after 2 years. It's a shame they didn't have Alcantara cases this time around, hopefully the leather one will be as good.
 
@Gman, sounds like you have a row of dead sub pixels. New screen required if thats the case.



Oleds do have tint issues off axis but in my experience that varies greatly between generations. My note 4 went really green off axis. S8, not so much. I guess it depends on your usage as to whether its acceptable or not but by the sounds of it if you are already on your 2nd device then I dont know if you'll find an acceptable one.

Just my bl**dy luck, I changed my S10 pre-order to a S10+ on the 5th and right up until today it has been saying my expected delivery date is the 15th. Now it has just changed to the 29th, another 2 week wait. :(
 
Well happy with the S10+, feels much better than the S9+ screen quality is miles better as well as sound quality with my sennheiser earphones so good. Walked into shop and got a white one :)

Got 100GB data to for 49 quid a month, going to get that down to 42 when I flex to 8gb 1data coz O2 forgot to remove the 25gb free data and the extra 25gb they added by accident so ill have 58gb for price of 8gb :p

Theres a second wave of stock due next week Nit sure why its saying 29th?
 
I sent an invoice to the Samsung promotions for the earbuds and they said it did not say who the retailer was when the invoice clearly had the company logo and address on it. I then sent them my order email.

How's everyone's experience for the claim been?

Well it does say expected on or before the 29th so fingers crossed it will come sooner rather than later.
Bearing in mind this is not through Samsung directly so don't know if it makes a difference where the order is placed.
 
I was asked for additional proof of purchase even though Sky logo etc was clearly visible on the email. Sent a different screenie last night and received confirmation email this morning that the buds will be with me within 30 days.
 
Are badge notifications working on the Samsung email app?

No issues with other apps I.e. SMS, WhatsApp. Have checked settings everywhere and it's all checked to receive notifications. The notification pops up, just the relevant badge number icon doesn't reflect this. Driving me insane!
