It's a tad early to be doing these type of tests, give it a few days until the phone gets used to your usage patterns for a more accurate result.Anyone running accubattery? What sort of screen off drain per hour % you getting?

Sent my S22 Ultra back today, yet again Samsung/Android cannot fix the delayed gmail notifications issue.
Set the S22 up, side by side with iPhone, screens both off, sent email to gmail, iPhone/mba/iPad/watch all got the email instantly, 8 mins later still no email on the S22, woke the screen, no email, had to enter PIN number and finally gmail received the alert.
Did this 5 times and same issue. S21 had the same issue, il try again with S23. and before someone says run an adb command or use GCM app to fix alerts, nope. its 2022 and paid £1300 for a phone and it should work out of the box.
hey ho!

I'm not very impressed with the Samsung Silicone case and I'll be sending it back. It's not very well designed at all. The S Pen is very difficult to remove, as the case material is too thick around the S Pen opening.
Any other suggestions? Spigen Neo Hybrid as mentioned last page is a contender. Any others?
Your not using imap or pop3 are you? We're talking straight up gmail address?
That's a fair comment, my non gmail address has a massive latency, something like 30 odd mins whereas gmail is instant, I actually have to go on a web browser and force a check under settings for pop if I am waiting for something, but typically I don't sync emails as it'd be going on all day, I'd have not battery left in a few hours I just do it manually when I want to rather than be distracted by it.
Depending on the aesthetics you're after (I have both the otterbox defender case and Torras military shockproof case. One being large, bulkier and offers significant protection with fantastic grip, the other being slim, sleek and offers great protection too...I can highly recommend both aswell as great S Pen accessibility.
Ok cheers! It's a tad early to be doing these type of tests, give it a few days until the phone gets used to your usage patterns for a more accurate result.
Any chance you can share details on the specifics of the debloating please?Mines showing rather good battery life, don't play games but in general use Youtube etc , browsing, social etc Showing 5 hrs of SOT with 50% battery left. Not pushed it hard with camera use etc
I have tuned it quite a bit, debloated , run fhd+, turned off a lot of background activity of privacy sipping apps (facebook etc) plus restricted several apps
Can anyone confirm if all this adb debloating will be undone every month an update comes?
Perfect cheers, I imagine same goes even if I uninstall? Updates won't reinstall it?Once you disable an app it will remain disabled, unless you enable it again.

This used to happen on my note 10/20 ended up just being a settings issue.Sent my S22 Ultra back today, yet again Samsung/Android cannot fix the delayed gmail notifications issue.

Word of warning to those that won't be using a case, the anodising on the back of the S22 Ultra get's scuffed extremely easily. I had mine out the case for less than 24hrs and was careful with it but it's picked up scuffs, no idea how. I'm 100% not fussed about it of course but I can't see this phone looking pristine for very long with no case.
Cheers!Software updates don't normally include apps. Once you uninstall an app, its gone.
