I agree with some of your points, it's definitely nicer looking then the S3 with it being more square but I think the S3 in the pic you posted looks a bit too round due to the case it's in. Plus the proportions/size of each phone in that pic looks wrong to me, the S4 screen seems much bigger then 4.99" considering the S3 next to it is 4.8".

So far I am liking the GS 4 design a lot more than the GS 3 (PS that pic above, the GS 3 has a case on! ), now it will just come down to the finish of the plastic, if they go with that hyperglaze finish of the gs 3 and only have blue/white to choose from again then I will be extremely disappointed.

It may look like a Note 2 but it's not and that's because Samsung's designers have become extremely lazy
