It has the same top of the line hardware as the other flagship phone. Everything else about it is average or worse I'd say. Touchwiz only sounds like it's going to take up even more resources than before with gimmick features. The phone is still cheap tacky plastic that looks about as rounded as the original iphone

No. Completely new versions are outed with new Nexus phones.

That probably explains that lack of any real new features - another downside of using someone else's OS I guess.
