WHOOP!

The Qi-Infinity wireless charger & power bank is down to £14.99 on Amazon. Down from £39.99

It's not just a wireless charger, it's also a portable power bank (which charges your device wirelessly). Can also charge two devices simultaneously

Great device, very handy but an s6 without a case will slip off in seconds, propping in place does work.

^ I got one for £15 a couple of weeks ago, can't recommend it highly enough :cool:

The charger in your link above looks more suited to the s6 with its flatter surface, not bad for £20.

Sorry - one of the Qi-infinity one or the generic 7000mah one I linked to just above?

Just noticed the generic one only has a 1 amp output whereas the Qi-inifinity has a 2 amp output which would definitely make a difference.

The generic, i wasn't joking about only lasting seconds on the qi-infinity it'll fall off within 5 seconds without props.

Ah just noticed your ed yup that amp factor probably makes a difference, I'm happy with the speed my Qi-infinity charges the s6 and its ergonomic pocketability and as I have cases or props the s6 slippiness isn't much of an issue for me.

Price of the s6 has fallen quite a bit since I paid £480 for mine a month ago. The rumours that they aren't selling too well must be true.

Wish I'd hung on a bit longer before buying now.

Do you have both then?

No but in your image the generic looks flat so slipping shouldn't be an issue, obviously the s6 is capable of slipping off most things so my opinion is not a guarantee.

I do have the truly excellent and flat Chotech Stadium and my s6 has slipped off that when i haven't had a case on it.

Over the 2 year contract equivalent life span of the phone it's 50p a week difference .:) this is the best phone I've ever had, I just hope the world economy holds up long enough for me to get a Note 5.

Right, I'm with you now. When you said "I got one for £15 a couple of weeks ago, can't recommend it highly enough". I wasn't sure whether you were referring to the generic one or the Qi-infinity one.
The generic one does seem flatter, but also looks a bit naffer and has a lower output.
I have a nice grippy nillkin case on my s6, so hopefully falling off shouldn't be a problem.

Can't recommend that case enough by the way. Doesn't offer a huge amount of protection, but enough to protect the camera lens. It's also lovely and slim and look brilliant on the phone.

BTW, I had the best ever battery drain last night. Roughly 5% in 7 hours.
Turned off wifi, turned off location, turned off google now.

I guess all phones drop in value from the moment they are released. I bought my s4 about 6 months after launch for a fraction of its starting price. Funny how iphones never seem to drop in price until the new model comes out though...

Certainly happy with the s6 though, it's probably the best phone I've ever owned.

If you mean overnight when you're asleep, why would you have wifi and location on anyway?

I always have everything turned off in the drop down box except sound and mobile data.

Because I couldn't be bothered remembering to switch them off every night (and have never done this on any other phone).

Again, this is not about "overnight", it just so happens that overnight, when I'm not actually using the phone, is the best time to try to figure out what is eating up my battery.

I'm also not actually complaining about the battery life on the S6 (I ain't a hater!). I was just curious why the phone would go through about 12-15% battery when I wasn't actually using the thing overnight.
