Indeed. With the Oculus video playback software, you can select which type of cinema you appear to be in. There's a large theater, a smaller one, the Moon, complete with Lander and space age seats and the Earth above. It's really quite a nice little touch.

I just watched the Nat Geo volcano 360 video and it's quite breath taking. I am very pleased with this phone!

I just watched Mad Max while sitting on the Moon lol. This VR is brilliant! Worth the money the phone was just for this! OK, so the resolution isn't the best but it's still very good.

The resolution is awful for watching anything long,and much inferior to watching it on a good TV.

So mygsm.me (who people on here, included myself have used before) have both the S7 Edge and standard in Black/Gold listed but no UK warranty. They are also selling dual sim versions too.

Yes indeed, apologies, I had to pay around a £43 customs fee a couple of weeks later. They mark the package value down prior to shipping.

Think I'd rather just pay the UK price and not worry about the lack of warranty. It would be nice to get it for less though

I picked one up yesterday, moving from a Lumia 1520. I really like windows phone but not in love with the current flagships.

I was with android from the beginning for a few handsets and then moved to windows. It feels, as it did then, that android needs fiddling with to get it right for the user, whereas windows, although less configurable just works. That said, I'm enjoying the fiddling. Lovely hardware too.

Any must have customisations for the s7 edge which someone who has been away from android for about 4-5 years should know about?

Overnight doze is pants on both my N6P and S7E.

Worked for about two weeks properly on my N6P and never again, despite wipe. Don't mind so much on the S7E though because the general battery life is so good.

Has anyone else got this Sync.Me call ID enabled? If so, how do you stop it displaying on external phone calls.

Display Scaling is actually something being introduced into Andorid N. nice to see Samsung putting it into Marshmallow before anyone else.

This isn't the first time an OEM has had advanced features before others, or even stock Android. HTC, Sony and Samsung have been doing it for years and Stock Android has been catching up.

True but you can do it on any phone via adb and without root.

for 10 pound each you can't go wrong.

Turned mine off too, for the same reason. If it just very slowly drifted about it would be ok but I couldn't get on with it keep jumping around.

This... If I have it sat on my desk the image changing catches my attention, and if it's on silent, I then don't notice messages coming through, now if the always on display could be set to come on when you tilt the phone, that would be good
