When I plug my S7 in via the USB cable and try to create a new folder on the SD card using Explorer it simply hangs... very annoying.
I get that on mine but also had it on my note 4 as well.
Just create the folder on your PC and move it over.

Think it about time i upgraded my mobile contract
But I don't know to go for
5GB data = £20 per month
or
15GB data = £25 per month

Looks like there a 1p charge for each MB of data used over the top..
A few people have commented on the poor quality from the headphone jack. I've found it varies massively depending on the headphone. The supplied headset and my Turtle Beach sound ropey, but my Sennheiser HD202 sound great.
It was my birthday last month so treated myself to a set of Sony MDR-EX650AP (also gave me a chance to try my hand at the pro camera mode):

They're a great set and sound fantastic. A really pleasing amount of bass without too much loss in the top end, although the mids are a bit scooped. I use the Tube Amp Pro option in the audio settings and a flat EQ. They're of brass construction and are lightweight, comfortable and don't drop out even with the standard tips.
The mic works nicely for phone calls, and the single-button remote will play/pause, skip and open Google Now.
Another audio aspect I was quite surprised with was the quality of the mics when recording video. Stereo separation is very nice. Admittedly I haven't had chance to try it in a noisy environment so don't have a good impression yet of the dynamic range.
You should try using Poweramp, it blows all stock players out the water.
Update with touch improvements on the way:

Hey guys is there a general consensus on what the best case for the S7 Edge is, preferably one that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? I've been looking at the Zagg plastic see-through covers but the reviews on the Rainforest aren't very good.
So the s7 edge doesn't have Gorilla glass. My note 3 screen is bullet proof. So does the edge screen scratch easily?
I noticed last week that my S7 Edge has a blank curved area in the bottom left corner of the screen, I suspect it has been like that since day 1 and I have only just noticed (most of the time there are dark background colours at the bottom of the screen).
Ordered a replacement from Samsung today as I want to transfer the data onto it before sending the faulty one back, Samsung have told me they are ok with this and will let me keep the Gear VR that came with the original order as they otherwise don't do advance replacements. Having to fund the cost of the handset for a week or so isn't ideal and having to buy another dbrand leather vinyl for the back is another £13 but once I've seen the issue I can't un-see it!
It's pretty much the same issue as this person on Reddit had: https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS7/comments/49jieh/black_spot_in_lower_left_corner/

I'll try to take a photo with my digital camera, but it's very similar to the pic from Reddit: http://imgur.com/zvK7q9y
The black rounded section is right in the bottom left corner of my screen, so say for example I'm viewing a normal webpage with a white background all of the corners of the display will be right-angled but the bottom left corner is rounded and on closer inspection that small part of the screen is completely dead. It's not a software issue as I have restarted a few times.
How do I install updates in a rooted S7? I'm an ex-Nexus user. To update a rooted Nexus device I'd simply grab the update zip and flash away via adb. Are updates available offline as separate files for Galaxy devices like the S7 and if so, how do you flash them? I know Samsung released an update recently that I'd like to install but as I'm rooted the software refuses to check for the update, let alone install anything.
