After having iPhones since the iPhone 4 (currently on a 6) but getting annoyed with some apple-isms, I ordered a flat S7 today to replace it. Was away last week and played with the S7 in the airport and was really impressed. Didn't go for the Edge as its too big for my taste and it seems that the increased battery size doesnt make a huge amount of real world difference because of the larger screen.

Anyway, have ordered a Spigen Neo Hybrid case as they seem well reviewed but cheap enough. My Iphone has the genuine apple leather case thing on it and thats the sort of thing I'm after, I dont drop phones as I'm not a clot... Is there a leather case of that style thats worth getting?

Has anyone made the switch from iOS after a similar prolonged period and have any tips?
 
New Good Lock update now you which adds new features addressing all of the issues I mentioned previously. Now running permanently on my phone :)

Got a text from Vodafone saying that WiFi calling is now available for Vodafone users on the S7/S7 Edge. Have requested the feature, should be done in 24 hours!

I had mine done a fortnight or so ago. Hardly get a phone signal at work but got wifi so this is very handy.
 
My S7 Edge turned up today and coming from a Lumia 930 its very impressive. Are there any recommendations for the best Android music players etc or shall I just use what is on there? I'm a complete noob to Android and haven't even loaded my music on yet so can use anything good. Ta
 
I use Play Music/Google Music but that's because it allows free uploading of your personal music. So my library is now in the cloud.
 
Got my edge and come from Windows 930. On my 930 I could seperate out my email accounts on seperate tiles. Is there any way to do this on s7. I have 2 yahoo and 2 outlook mainly.

I also found I seem to get worse signal or signal but no connection. Is this likely phone issue or something fixable. I might get another sim and try.

Get Gmail to check your other accounts from other providers and then use labels and rules to separate the emails. What is your Network? Three for example let you use your home internet connection if you have a poor to none signal.
