Nope. Same happened to me a few times which is why I'd never store anything remotely important on an SD card. Terrible unreliable technology.

Strange one and maybe a bug but since nougat ota (3) on my edge the phone status went to custom as if it were rooted or modified (never rooted it) so it wouldn't search for new updates.

Did a fresh install using smart switch and it sorted it out.

AOSP camera is truly, truly aweful, made worse compared to what stock S7 camera can do.

Not I never use it anyway, so not an issue to me. Obviously YMMV.

Thats a shame, i really want a daily ASOP ROM, but i do tend to use the camera...guess ill wait till its further developed!

Only issue is I can't get Magisk to pass safetynet so no Snapchat or pokemon. Again, no huge issue for me, just more of an OCD thing knowing it doesn't pass
 
Anyone having issues with the camera after OTA flashing to 7.0 on the edge 7 ?

Im gettin a black screen with flashing lines :-(


Front camera seems fine its just the rear thats totally *****

Apparently it is systemless root, and allows itself to be hidden from apps that don't work with root. unlike previous implementations of these things, this is supposed to work exactly as described?

If this allows contactless and Barclays banking to work, then I'd be up for trying LineageOS on the S7!

I'm using it on AOSP extended. Root works fine but hiding isn't 100%. I can't get Snapchat or Pokemon to log in.
 
Has anybody had issues with the battery on this phone? Sometimes it shows I have 20% left but then it dies instantly and is completely flat.
