Yeah, although the bloat doesn't bother me massively as there doesn't seem to be much, I do agree with that.

No excuse for not allowing you to uninstall, fine if they want to include useful apps, and if they're genuinely good and useful then we won't want to uninstall, that should be the aim.

If you had wifi on and a semi-decent signal I would say that was pretty poor personally. I'd guess my 6P would beat that with similar usage.
Problem is there are so many things that can effect the battery life between different users even with the same phone..

I.E
WiFi on/off
Always on display on/off
Screen time out settings (30sec ,1min,2min etc)
Screen brightness settings (And even if on auto it would be different)
Different Apps running in the background
GPS on/off
Location on/off
Bluetooth on/off
Mobile hotspot on/off
Auto Sync on/off
Auto updates
NFC on/off
ETC ETC ETC

The list just goes on and on and on
