My guess is this will be a continuous process as they work through their backlog. The fact they have set mines to "shipped" without a payment being taken yet shows they are simply preparing for a mass dispatch.

I had ordered my extra one from John Lewis as I needed on by the 21st at the latest, that one I will simply return to store I think.
 
Spoke to carphone warehouse before and they are confirming that mine on EE will be delivered Thursday. We will see. Unless I'm missing it can't track the order process on carphone warehouse until dispatched
 
My two cases from the official Samsung website are now being processed, they weren't due until the 28th but looks like they'll be shipping for the 20th also.
 
I preordered mine from Carphone to be delivered to the store. Expected delivery day is 21st :( I was hoping the 20th, as I'm using a rubbish phone as a stop gap

Thanks, that sounds promising! I couldn't help but think that after getting £60 off RRP and getting £20 cashback that we'd get knocked to the back of the queue.

Even if that was the case, I still think it's a good deal. Maybe I'm crazy that I think that it's a good price, or maybe it's because my iPhone 7 Plus cost £100 more (yes, I still feel ashamed of myself).
 
S8 plus here,cumming 2morrow morn fae CPW...cant belive i dropped 800 on a phone,could have got my self a 6core,i better not get one of those dodgy ones with the red screen

Yeah I read about the red tint "issue" today. I hope it's not bad as it's made out to be and can be adjusted the colour balance/rgb setting otherwise I would be pretty annoyed.

May be a good idea, I'd be intrigued.

The S8 screen size to me negates the need to go to the Plus but then again the plus has that 6.2inch screen without the typical dimensions we'd see.

I like one handed use or as much as possible and the S8 to me seems the perfect size.
