I believe it does. I fly out of there regularly ai should know, but I've forgotten lol. You can get a Google earth map of everything it includes from their site. Includes poi and airports too so worth a look.
Yes and no complaints, must admit I don't tend to use it often as I prefer to use my Saitek X52 mainly cause it easier to setup. But the yoke is when I feel like doing occasional long flight sessions plus, if you keep it in good condition, its also a good future investment as I plan to use Flightsim much more as I get older (more spare time then).

Make sure you shop around and find one that has the best price, some online flight shops very occasionally will do special deals on hardware like the Saitek range.

I just finished making 2 more FSX short movies with the emphasis on short. In the past I got a bit carried away by making 8+min videos, but now I was ruthless with my clip editing. I have released 2 FSX video shorts 757 landing at Cairns here:
and a slightly more ambitious video short of the Super 80 here:
My main aim with both videos was to produce @3min video with a visually strong punch and have edited clips flow with the accompanied sound track. Anyhow, please let me know what you think and feel free to vote on the video on youtube. Best watched in 720p or 1080p.

Spent about 3 hours tweaking graphics settings to get this running on my 13" MBP (Early 2011).
Got it running at a smooth 30fps, scenery is at a bare minimum. GA at 25%, airline at 55%, no cars or boats etc. No auto-gen, but scenery is at medium. Aircraft are "ultra-high", with all animations and shadows etc. Antialiasing is turned on too, just smooths it out, running at native 1280x800; not too bad for integrated graphics but pale in comparison to some of the pictures in here!
Luckily the textures/scenery in FSX makes things look great anyway, and I've never been big on all the scenery. Maybe in the not-too-distant future I'll be able to afford to put together an absolute beast of an FSX rig like Soya's, but for now I'm very pleased with the state of play on my MBP.

I assume this is using BootCamp? What spec CPU have you got?
Indeed. Win7 Ultimate x64 as the O/S. It's the baseline 13" MBP so it's a 2.3GHz Core i5 Dual Core, Sandy Bridge etc.
Graphics is an integrated Intel HD3000 I believe.

Guys I'm a newbie in regards to FSX but want to get into it.
Are there a list of "given" mods that people use for this program.
I'm not really after an exhyaustive list but ones that are classed as essential to anyone with FSX

Yep, you definately want Rex 2.0 for clouds sky and water. Beyond that, there are a few planes you might want to get depending on what stuff you like to fly. I like the captain don stuff a lot, the c130 they do is quite cheap and good fun for most situations. I put a few shots of it above.
Scenery is all down to preference, but the orbx stuff is quite popular. For free scenery try the nl2000v4. It's stunning and free, if your rig can load it fast enough of course lol.
What Devrij said but I also highly recommend reading this thread. Skip past the screen shots and there should be plenty of information I and others have given that should really help you with getting into FSX.

The song was Paint it Black by the Rolling Stones and the aircraft that came immediately to mind was the SR-71 aka Blackbird aka Habu. So if you fancy watching the video I done in tribute to this amazing aircraft then press here for the video.. The video is best watched at 720p or 1080p at full screen, please feel free to vote on it.

Soya, do you have a website or perhaps a thread where you've done a write up about your rig? Just looking at your sig, it looks an absolute beast. I'd love to know how much it cost etc.
