Can't stand the guy but it was a good summary and addressed some main points, all in all, it still sounds like a super arcadey casual game
I'll still more than likely pick it up and play it just for the "star wars" setting and an improved game compared to the current one and of course single player, won't pay more than £25 for it though.
- no proper squad based systems and the way Jack was talking, it almost sounds like you can't join a squad with friends...... :/
- they need to have a cooldown time for the heroes, I don't want to see darth maul trashing a team constantly throughout the match and also remove the health regen from them
- aircraft combat still looks arcadey as anything, seriously having a circle to tell you where to aim..... might as well just add the hold RMB for auto lock.....
- first person view doesn't provide any benefits so 3rd person still the way to go, however, as pointed out, zooming in now has the typical advantages over hip fire i.e. less recoil/more accurate, still looks like hold LMB FTW though i.e. no tap fire/controlled bursts, not surprised though since with BF 1, they designed the gun mechanics/controls around controllers
- explosive spam is back......
I just can't understand DICE, why do they keep making the same mistakes every single time, they always address the main issues then come new game, they just throw all their work out the window and start from scratch again.....
It really does make me laugh these EA/Dice events now, originally it started out as all the youtubers being flown out to get "feedback/thoughts" on the game when really it is just one massive PR/marketing event, guaranteed it will be just like every other ea/dice title, nothing will change for release and then once they see the player base dwindling, they'll then implement the main fixes/changes 6+ months later
Although with there being no DLC/season pass now, I actually worry for future patches/support as they don't exactly have a reason to make fixing the game a main priority now
