Yes - the 'maps' in this game are pretty useless - I ended up using the scanner view a lot to see where the hell I was supposed to go in a bunch of missions (on that topic - why do the directional indicators disappear so you have to keep spamming the scanner??)This game really needs a map, I have a quest at Pioneer Tower and I need a map to show me exactly where it is as there are no other indicators.
In an ideal world, you'd be able to ask an NPC for directions to a location and they would respond with something along the lines of "head west, cross over the bridge, go past Rogers Clothing store, take the 2nd right and you'll find it just past the large tree"This game really needs a map, I have a quest at Pioneer Tower and I need a map to show me exactly where it is as there are no other indicators.

Now that would be some cool game design
Or that, as I've said before it never ceases to amaze me how often in the future we've forgotten how to have a compass, or a map, or how to attach a flashlight to a weapon or have to stumble about in the dark because civilization seems to have warp engines and lasers but lost the ability to make night vision scopes/googles or thermal sightsThat and/or just load of the scanner and it shows you the directions via arrows on your hud
Yeah there are so many different potions ive never taken, they just keep building up in my ever shrinking inventory.I wish there was a way to take persuade chance enhancing stuff during a conversation. Otherwise, you just never know when you should take it.
Maybe see if there's a mod that can place signs/map points? This game really needs a map, I have a quest at Pioneer Tower and I need a map to show me exactly where it is as there are no other indicators.

Damn stealth buildings!Hopefully one that puts the names of the buildings/shops on the buildings themselves too.
Still, good luck finding the Well elevator.
There's a side-mission in the game where you have some influence over the design of a new ship - mine came out like this:I'd like to say this is function over form but it flies like **** too I just wanted to add loads of hab stuff to see what they looked like.

I believe the outcome varies depending on the choices you make - for me, the ship they built was definitely not good (I've only myself to blame though).Lol. I did that mission. Was a good shio
But not as good as the ship I have.
