Managed to get EA app (to use my xbox game pass' es pass) working and started playing NFS Unbound. Plays really well locked to 40fps. Impressed.

I'm having way too much fun with this thing. As a first time Steam Deck owner, I'm just blown away by it. I don't think my Switch OLED will get a look in now.

I just installed Xbox Cloud Gaming and played a bit of Forza Motorsport, seems to work and look great!!

Obviously doesn’t work anywhere without good wifi though, so I wish we could install game pass games locally.

I have a windows SD card just for game pass stuff mostly Cocoon. But I also wish there was a launcher to play them in steamos.

Unfortunately there’s no windows drivers for OLED yet, but maybe I’ll install windows on dual boot when they’re released.

I just put my screen protector on, a Jsaux tempered glass gloss. Went on without issue. The plastic guide is a God send. As far as I can tell, it hasn't hurt image quality. Will see how I get on with it. I may swap it out for an anti reflective, but kinda depends how much they hurt image quality.

Factorio is a game that potato PCs can play and the steam deck is a device that plays potato games. Hope I've cleared that up.

They don't reduce it and they said why (I forgot). Something like it was a niche game that anyone interested in it would buy it anyway
