Managed to get EA app (to use my xbox game pass' es pass) working and started playing NFS Unbound. Plays really well locked to 40fps. Impressed.

The SSD I ordered from China 2 days after the Steam Deck is now with Evri and being delivered tomorrow. Meanwhile the Steam Deck is nowhere to be seen

I ordered mine 1 week after my Steam deck, and Evri now have it, 1 day after my deck arrived!!

Sorry ive not tried I do know there are some online issues with the battlefields though so it may have the same fate for online.

I just installed Xbox Cloud Gaming and played a bit of Forza Motorsport, seems to work and look great!!

Obviously doesn’t work anywhere without good wifi though, so I wish we could install game pass games locally.

I have a windows SD card just for game pass stuff mostly Cocoon. But I also wish there was a launcher to play them in steamos.

Unfortunately there’s no windows drivers for OLED yet, but maybe I’ll install windows on dual boot when they’re released.

I just put my screen protector on, a Jsaux tempered glass gloss. Went on without issue. The plastic guide is a God send. As far as I can tell, it hasn't hurt image quality. Will see how I get on with it. I may swap it out for an anti reflective, but kinda depends how much they hurt image quality.

Factorio is a game that potato PCs can play and the steam deck is a device that plays potato games. Hope I've cleared that up.

Any other games you're puzzled about?

They don't reduce it and they said why (I forgot). Something like it was a niche game that anyone interested in it would buy it anyway
