Just looking for advice on a screen or screens to pair with a Mac Mini M4 Pro. Obviously the Apple option is the 27inch 5k Apple Display Studio for £1500 but I was thinking that a larger screen would be better. It’s just for work purposes, web design. The budget is £1500. Would two screens that are 5k and 27inch from a different manufacturer work? Or is there a comparably ultra wide? Any help would be appreciated.

There are now sub £1000 27" 5K screens out there. They're not as good as the ASD but they tick all boxes. Two from different brands do work.

This year some 32" 6K options are coming in the sub-£2000 category (same PPI as ASD but just bigger). Something to watch out for.

That’ll be a nice bump in price on an already expensive monitor.

The new Asus ProArt 5K looks nice at £700ish. Few places have stock, some preorder.
