Of course it is...everyone is copying the BBM type of messaging as its about the most reliable way of messaging...i just find it ironic that if anyone else copies apple then they get hit with a huge lawsuit lol.

Surely that depends whether they have a patent or not.

Why has it taken them so long to introduce purchased apps into app store, about bloody time.

iCloud being free is pretty decent (depending if there is a storage limit?) apart from that nothing new so far.

I see some lawsuits incoming though.

Yes! That AppStore looks brilliant, get the iCloud icon if you've purchased but it's not on your device! Finally, one major flaw of the iOS store gone...
