** The Official WWDC 2011 Thread **

Does this mean I can keep reconfiguring my iTunes library when I'm away as long as I have wifi, ie install 10 films, go away watch them, then on wifi delete those 10 and add new ones.

It'll support all the same devices as last time, basically starting with the iPhone 3GS, iPad and iPad 2, plus the third and fourth generation of iPod touch.

^

Thought as much, seeing as it is more of an update of things that should have been in there already, plus few extras, rather than really new demanding features.

Stream says iOS5 this fall, used on 3GS iPhone4 iPads and latest iPod touch I think

And it will work on the 3GS!

Now on to iCloud :) Really looking forward to seeing what they have in store for this :)

have to say as a bit of an outsider with limited exposure to iphones I truely had no idea how antiquated the iphone operating system is if these features are only just coming to it! still good times ahead for the apple faithful :)

Anyone notice the customise UI on one of the screen shots, what'll that about, I Know that's some of the biggest complaints by android users.

Edit - just noticed the sdk in the middle, that explains that then.

What? I was just pointing out that it sounds damn similar.

Of course it is...everyone is copying the BBM type of messaging as its about the most reliable way of messaging...i just find it ironic that if anyone else copies apple then they get hit with a huge lawsuit lol.

I don't think so, I think he meant over your WiFi network.

I imagine it'll use Bonjour like the rest of Apple's stuff.

Haha at least he admits it :p

I'm surprised they didn't go into detail with the Customize UI feature - I guess we will know more over the next few days as developers have a play :)
