Think they mean you only need to download the updates parts, i.e not the whole application each time.

It'll only include the bits that have actually changed - for example a large software update might only be 10% of actual changes. A delta update will only be the 10%, not a whole new OS that's only 10% different.

Good example is Time Machine backups - each time it only actually backs up what's changed since the last one.

I think it basically means it will only download and install things that are being changed in the OS update. So it won't be a whole new OS install - it'll just update the apps that need to be updated. Saves on data as the download is a lot less than a normal update.

Well, whatsapp will still be good to communicate to Android and BB devices...

I still don't see the point of these IM unless your sending media (like it costs me 30p for a picture message) or if your going overseas..

I hope not to see "add my iPin sd7d7f" on facebook like with the BBM pins :p

I'm all excited, I never get any signal at work but we have wifi! 90% of my friends have iPhones as well.
