Do not disturb is nice feature as is the other call ones.

Woot screen phone calls. Yes yes yes. Can ban but all but one or two when I'm nights, that way can sleep in peace but certain people can get in contact if needed.

And jailbreaking has had FaceTime over cellular pretty much since it came out as well

So iOS6 (so far):

pointless siri stuff,
facebook integration,
a "silent" mode and call barring
photo sharing (possibly locked to iPhoto?)

and the "one last thing" will be the maps..

Comment on photos, sounds useless. That's part of what Facebook is.
Again won't be cross platform, so even more pointless.

So far just some of the Facebook stuff and the call options are any use.
