Just do this instead.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.

Select Reset console.

Sorry I know it's been explained many times over this forum but how do I purchase a game from the Singapore store?

Is it as easy as logging into Xbox.com, change region to Singapore, buy gift card then buy the game?

So...I went a bought a Singapore gift card and followed the other tutorials online. Changed region to Singapore but doesn't let me use the gift card says only can be used for Singapore :/

*edit* panic over, worked by doing it on the xbox

So just to confirm, once you do this, all traces of my account won't be on the device?

I'm looking to sell my Xbox One to fund getting the S and have a digital copy of The Division on there and don't want the next potential owner able to play it.

Yep, it's only if you sign back into the console, you're content reappears.

That will work. I did the same thing at CEX to get the xbox 1s.
Exhanged a 1TB for a 500GB model.
Now I have a 2 yr warranty. I also have t 1TB external HDDS sitting doing nothing so it's a win, win.

Is there any reason that I shouldn't pull the trigger on grabbing a One S with Fifa and CoD for £237?

I can sell CoD which would take it down to £200.

Am I correct in assuming that only select games "upscale" to 4k on the One S?

They all upscale as its the xbox one s doing it, none of the games themselves will do its not same technology as ps4 pro if thats what your assuming, dont expect all games to be a massive improvement though, so far ive only noticed a slight improvement on gears4 and fifa17, Forza3 up-scaled i cant really tell others might do though
