Bought an Xbox One S just over one month ago, and just noticing some minor issues which I am just worried about possibly getting worse, so just seeing if anyone has any idea about them.
Firstly, I had an original One for a few years, so was already used to that. I used to have a Kinect so initially it would take a few seconds for the camera to recognise me and sign me in. On the S I've noticed that I'm signed in instantly, but it's taking a varying amount of time to connect to the internet each time, anywhere between 2s-3s and sometimes as long as 10s-15s.
Another thing I've encountered since upgrading is with casting video over. I have been using an app and LocalCast, and previously I've had no issue at all finding the Xbox and casting over, although recently on some occasions it struggles to find the Xbox One on my app, and will require restarting the Xbox for it to pop up.
Does anyone know if these are issues with the console itself and if its worth replacing? I only worry as I did have to replace my original One once when it just started to refuse to connect to the internet one day.
