Microsoft are probably trying to work out the specifics of it (who caused it, how, how to prevent in future) and then discussing what to do next with their own marketing team and Ubisofts. It will look bad for both, especially during the season of goodwill where a game about hacking has been hacked. Ubi may take the hit, turn around and say "you know what, fair play, Merry Christmas" but then this is ubi, so prob not!
