Just been reading about VTT/CPU PLL on AnandTech http://www.anandtech.com/weblog/showpost.aspx?i=428.
How much truth is there in the "do not go over 1.4V" statement? as the lowest setting on my mobo for CPU PLL is 1.5v

Also what is considered to be safe vCore and Load temps for 24/7 use on a Q9550?
Currently stable @ 3.91GHz, 1.35vCore
can Windows @ 4GHz, but not stable
Idle temps 38-41
Load temps 55-57
