Looks very nice. Is the res actually 1024x768 or is it scaled down? Also, whenever i change the CVAR's or configs, it takes an age to load (due to compling or whatever), but when i get ingame everything looks messed up and rocks and bolders say "Shader Compling" or something. Is there anyway to stop it?
Also, does the game look better than all at high with what your using? Mind posting up the custom configs

Well I would think what I am using is better than all at high as before I was using all at high, I seem to get a performance boost now and also better than high by looks of it.
There is a CVAR mod and autoexec.cfg or something mod further back in one of the other threads, gives graphics better than very high and also my fps never went under 24fps with it.
Loading fine with the mods here.
Performance is apparantly bad in Vista too at the minute. Could be the 64bit version though, not certain.
, ive been playing it all high with post processing on medium as it seemed to lag a bit before with that on high as well as everything else, but ive just been playing it a while and thought it seemed to be running better on the beta 169.09's, so ive now put the post processing on high, and its still bloody flying, i went back to first light and ran into that camp guns a blazing, and still flying, bloody great, im gona start again now as its looks fanatastic and i wanna see the whole thing from the beginning at all high settings.
