Anyone with half a brain would put in the hours right now to make Twitter a success and secure yourself a great career, those people have been gifted an insane opportunity.

Ah the promise made to the little man and they lap it up

Put in those extra hours now, I'll reward you tomorrow. And to top it off, I'll even buy you all a pizza every now again.

And BTW, I'm laying off half your colleagues.

Elon is also leading by example and undoubtedly working longer hours than anyone else, that's what it takes to become successful at that sort of level. Bill Gates famously used to work all weekend as well. It goes without saying that Jeff Bezos worked insane hours. If those people don't appreciate the opportunity of working at one of the most famous tech companies in the world for one of the richest men in the world then there's a lot of people who'd jump at the chance.

This is cute.

In other words, look how kind Elon is for giving them poor workers this opportunity to work massive amounts of hours to pay back Elon's 44 billion debt. Elon the saviour

Yeah hang on, let me feign shock at the notion of hard work scaring you.

I'm sorry, but I don't class scouring twitter for nonsense conspiracy theories to retweet and reply to in subtle, but not really subtle agreement "hard work".

Why ? They presumably already had a great career prior to Musk and can just go and have a great career somewhere else if they want.

Why is their opportunity under Musk better than other opportunities ? He’s kinda famous for not treating his employees well yet they should all be grateful for basically doing the same job but under worse working conditions than before ?

I'm so elated that his tweets annoy you, I read them and smirk knowing how people like you are seething.

And there it is, the simpleton childish mindset of liking someone or something because it “pwn the libs” or whatever.

Modern day American conservatism in a nutshell, only you’re presumably British lol.

Famously terrible guy lol

You're asking roar to explain why working under mask, figuritvely (no one would think he'd literally want to be under Musk), is a bad thing? The user wouldn't even require a horse to do it!

Of course that's what you do.

Extremely simple. And want to know why he is like that. Well he clearly explains why he is in his follow up post...

hatred is completely unfounded and based on nothing but envy.

Indeed of course that's what you think

This is like that thing Mum's tell their kids to make themselves feel better about about being bullied or people not liking them.

"Their just jealous of you Elon!"

Oh sorry I didn't realise you were genuinely outraged that tech workers on 6 figure salaries were being asked to *shock horror* work hard. You realise they're working in a comfy high tech office, right? If you want to be annoyed at workers rights issues then there's a couple of million other places of work to check out first.

So what you are saying is it is alright to remove rights from some people because some others are worse off? We should protect all employees rights and rather than allowing the good ones to be dragged down we should be demanding the bad ones are dragged up, once again simple envy at play 'they have something better than me so I want them to loose it and I'll laugh while they do' it is classic school play ground level stuff where everyone hopes the rich kid looses something!

I don't really have a problem with highly paid people choosing to work long hours in a rewarding career with a fantastic working environment. I literally don't give a single **** about that. I care about people working the same hours in China or India being paid a terrible wage and working in a terrible environment; that's probably where I'd choose to put my focus.

How cute. Roar is defending Musk and excusing everything down to just "work hard".

We've never seen that before.
