The ongoing Elon Twitter saga: "insert demographic" melts down

That seems a bit odd.
No comment from the other 4 members of a 5 person team.

I mean if its right and the FCC are forced to cancel this by Biden then you normally see things like resignations etc.

My gut feel is, the other 4 disagree with him, have decided something isn't right or isn't happening with spacex and stopped the funding.

The 650k seems a bit of a "woaa so what" when you consider the affordable internet project has so far connected 20 million US homes.

I'm going off what one of the commissioners is saying. If you think they replaced it with something, perhaps you could link to it?
IIRC it's in the Infrastructure bill.

But I'm going to point out that the guy you're quoting is a Trump appointee, so it's hardly surprising he's going after Biden in a partisan way.
[edit]
He's also for doing away with the section 230 protections that social media companies enjoy, and is one of the guys that claims that the democrats have been running mass survailance on their enemies or something like that, he's also oddly given these comments about starlink opposed to proposals to offer massive investment in getting reliable and competitive broadband to the american people that wasn't reliant on microsatelights that need constant replacement (IIRC starlink satellites have a life of about 2-3 years max, part of the reason Musk needs spacex to *ahem* take off).

It's in the PDF you linked, did you not read it yourself?
Do you mean that 18 page PDF you apparently read in under 2min?

Seriously though if you're going to post tweets from partisan politicians who are attempting to rile up those who are gullible enough to leap to the defence of millionaires at least do some research into what they're saying, i mean you don't even know what he dissented against (i suspect you don't even know what dissent means but i really CBA to get into an argument about semantics).

Lol, typical, get aggressive and insult. Yeah you didnt even read the pdf yourself, probably a good idea to read it before using it as some sort of defence. And i read it in 10 mins, not 2 mins, or 80% of it at least

What! How have you interpreted what i said as aggressive, talk about being over sensitive.

Unlike you i don't post things I've not read so once again yes i read it, your parroted claim of 650k is what the short-from bid claimed, a claim that literally fell apart when it came to the long-form bid so i ask again where does that 650k claim come from? Because it ain't the PDF, it's what starlink claimed they could do, a claim that was untrue.

Also if it took you 10min to read 80% of it why did you post a reply in less than 2min saying you'd read it, pull the other one, it's got bells on it.

He's very busy.

Just today he was star speaker at a right wing festival in Italy.

Key talking points are that we shouldn't demonise oil and gas, he is hesitant to invest in Italy as their low birthrate concerns him meaning no drones people will be able to work in his factories in future and Twitter's advertiser's are flocking back to the platform.

"right wing festival" aka the current Italian Prime Minister's party, who are just Conservatives. They're not even about leaving the EU like UKIP or something, they just want some reforms.

Oil and gas is absolutely essential, Elon Musk has done more for climate change than any other human being on the planet, period.

Tesla workers are very well paid for their skilled work, drones? What drones does Elon employ except literal ones? Almost every company he owns exclusively employs well paid individuals. Some people who started working on the production line at Tesla are in now upper management and are millionaires by the way.

No idea about Twitter advertisers.

Great summary Vincent, top post as usual.
