Heres the best i can do, not sure why either, i rekon its the mobo dont like anything above 310 htt but i might be wrong,

Link
any ideas how i might get this any higher?

lol thats a crazy big bmp file dude, 5mb+!!

300fsb+ is surly pretty good going with any asus board?!

heh yeah thats just me being lazy, plus i aint hosting it uni is :)

Do you think a new mobo might help with the overclockin?
i got an A8n sli-d at the moment but the DFi and the Abit fatality look good.

what about vcore? is 1.5 ok on air i dont know much about that.
i know my memory should be able to handle higher FSB and i rekon CPU has some more power to kick out just annoying im like 5% off FX-57 scores in sandra etc.. :S

if your coolings up to it maybe you can run a little extra vcore, but unless your under phase there isnt much more to be had really. keep an eye on temps, 60s a good limit.

If you think its worth buying a new mb just to get that extra 5% i say go for it :)

nice one clint! just wondering, which rev ultra-d board do you have?

Hmm, I can't tell from here...does a P/N NF4U91-134M help?

Must be a pretty good batch though, given that 400mzh HTT was reached pretty easy.

Could you tell me what each of these are for. Which one is the LDT voltage?

the ldt voltage adjustment is seldom to dfi nf4 Boards (lanparty, infinity) afaik, I've not come across another motherboard that allows seperate adjustment of the ldt bus.
The hyper transport bus (aka ldt bus) is a packet-based data transfer protocol, with each packet consisting of a set of 32-bit instuctions, I've noticed if your voltage is to low you may still get a "stable system" but your 3dmark scores maybe really poor! this is because some instuction packets are incorrect and there for ignored, systems get slower but do NOT crash. (hence why you see a lot of people complaining about low overclocking scores)

with boards that dont have an ldt voltage adjustment keep an eye on your bus speed, try not to exceed 1000mhz.

Got my 146 today. Shame im not at home yet to find out what stepping I have :\ not sure why im so intrested as need to get a mobo, better ram to clock it lol and as I have no money at the moment its gonna take a while to do lol

Hi guys, finally got around to overclocking my opty today, managed to get a stable 2.95Ghz @ 1.36volts :) it will run 3ghz at stock volts but will only pass 1m pi, no go with occt etc.
tomorrow will play about with a little extra vcore and see where we max out then :) zalman cooler seems to be doing a good job so far!

Hah, and I though mine was nice and cool...yours is very nice indeed.

May I ask what you have there, is it FPBW ?

Suman, I dont use a64tweaker, but this is a copy of my bios. I tweaked ram timings so I could run as low vdimm as possible.
