If you don't believe that EP2, TF2 and Portal are worth £27 that's up to you. But with any other company you'd be paying £29.99 for Portal, £29.99 for TF2 and £29.99 for EP2, so I think it's a bargin. And if you really care that much about HL2 and EP1 just sell the codes on eBay I'm sure you'll be able to make £5.

Just a heads up, what companys charge £30 for a expansion pack that will last what.. 4hours?

I think EP1 was about £9 with vat, so EP2, Portal and TF2 at £9 each works out at £27 so its not that expensive.

Think I might get this for the 360 though, dont know how it will run on my 2600xt

Thanks to me owning HL2 back when it was released, I now have virtually full access to the entire back catalog after buying TOB for it's cheap price. Valve imo have priced it nicely.

Tbh, all I am interested in is TFC (to relive the good old days), TF2 and playing through HL2 and it's episodes again.

Well, I've logged in ok to Steam and I'm currently downloading CS:S.

Have a feeling it might ask me for the DVD to activate. Hope not, otherwise it'll be a while before I can play!

I'm hoping it should be ok. Quite good as this way I don't need to install HL2, HL2 Deathmatch and Lost Coast.

Didn't need to activate.

Downloaded CS:S, installed and been playing it for the last hour or 2.

Dead handy that with Steam.

thats REALLY annoying, i ONLY want TF2 and EP2 ! ! I don't want to pay for another license for HL2 and HL2 EP1, no one I know wants HL2 or they already have it, -- really stupid move, can they not just offer EP2 on its own ?

While I agree with you, its an ok price, £27 would do a lot

£5 for a meal out with a drink, its 5 meals there for you.
Go shopping on budget range you would get about 35 Meals..... Though you would cook them yourself
