Looks like nobody will be buying a PS3 if this forum was the representation of the world.
As I have said from day one, I wont be buying a PS3 until its less than £149.
So I'll wait.
YesYou're expecting the PS3 to hit £150?
and the cost of a NES is £35-70 Whats your point? The PSTwo Slims are still around the £100 mark now.
Make your mind either you think it will happen or it wont happen.I don't really see it happening. Unless it's running side by side with the PS4
Second hand is always an option obviously, I'm talking about buying New

Your right, unless he purchases one second-hand I can't see him owning one until the PS4/720 hits, but then buy that time he won't want one and will he'll saying "I'll buy a PS4 when it hit's £149"

Each generation I buy one console at launch (or as soon as I have the cash) and the rest at the 100-149 mark.
Don't insinuate I'm a fan boy.
"If I am to buy a PS3 I will be paying no more than £149 for the console. Thats price point for me that the console becomes an attractive investment of my money"
I admit that the price drops on the Wii and the PS3 are not happening as quickly as I anticipated, however they will happen, and the PS3 will hit £149 before the PS4 comes out.
First off it looks cheap and its still a brick.
I just cant see any reason i would buy one of these over my current 320gb fat that plays ps2 and ps1 games and is also able to run alternative operating systems due to it being a fat ps3.
My only hatre about the phat 60 is that it sounds like a vacuum. Better than my brothers 360 747 jumbo though![]()
and its still a brick.
