pressing triangle when highlighting the 'information board' option used to do the trick, but that seems to have disappeared. i'm sure it was under the network icon before v3.0?

You used to press triangle on Whats New.

The backup of my fat was 32Gb. I know for a fact that what has been restored does not equal 32Gb. So obviously all the game data is there but isn't getting loaded onto the slim.
Yo,
Just restored my PS3 and put the 60GB drive back in... gonna go into town tomorrow and try my luck... am I supposed to feel this sad about getting rid of my launch console?

Just replaced my PS3 60GB with the slim and i am not impressed. The fan is quite loud, a lot more than my 60GB is this right or should i take it back for a replacement?
I almost got the slim today but i backed out , still think the original is better . I think Sony could have made the new PS3 more funky looking , its very dull & boring ! ! ! !
Guys can you get any dynamic themes yet - bored with the default one

Ahh so that's not the same as the HK store? Can't see it on that one...theres a Afrika one in the jap store for free
Yes. My mate did a 10gb backup (included SF4 data) and the restore took less than 2 minutes and all above data was gone.
I think game data and downloads do not get restored unless it is to the same console, based on experiences in this thread.
