Im applying for a job as an assitant manager at a bar and the role will entail be becoming a license holder? will this affect my application to the special constabulary when i send of my application?

I am relatively happy in my current job, so I'll stay here, and I would be surprised if I was anywhere else in 18 months time.
I am going to put the Police right to the back of my mind now as all the thinking about how long it is taking is doing my head in. I need to get on with my life and then one day I will get a very interesting letter
