The R word

Not the same thing at all. You grew up white. You weren't subject to proper racism throughout school, your whole life, etc

Was your family members face slashed?

Have you had someone throw rubbish on your property every night for years? Also happened to the other Asian family on the same road but nobody else funny that.

Just because someone mistook you for being Arabic a couple of times doesn't even pale in comparison to the many many instances of true racism over the years.

Many people have had their faces slashed in what can only be described as racist/sexist attacks in the uk. Maybe also groomed and raped.

Let's also not ignore the victims of events like the Manchester bombing, not long ago, another racist attack aimed squarely at the young (primarily female) children there.

Thats real extreme racism.

Tidied up for clarity.

People like myself are genuinely concerned / worried by the ramping up of illegal migration across the English Channel. When we voice these concerns we are called racist, but it personally bothers me not in he slightest. My concern and opposition to it remains, maybe intensifies, as a result. Also the flagrant disregard for social distancing and large gatherings by ethnic minorities concentrated in their regions does nothing to help the matter, especially when I see police called in "taking the knee" amongst them, and using it as a photo shoot amongst flash cars, instead of upholding the law the tax payer employs them for. Presumably it's done in a role of positive discrimination to score points amongst their peers, or in fear of the R word used against their career prospects. That's where I stand, unapologetically.

People have lived their whole lives and just gotten on with the daily struggle only to be told they are racist for not contributing to a fake political movement, you can't discuss why you're not for it as you'll be harassed on any media platform they can and your livelihood taken away.

Because, despite being 2020, its still an issue in many countries, including the UK. More so since Trump and Brexit have enabled these societal degenerates.

Wow post deleted apparently sexual assault is a stupid headline.

Anyway, you will see that racism is pervasive in the uk, usually mixed in with sexism but not always the way you expect to see it.

Your reliance on endlessly posting sun headlines is boring now.

Feel free to discuss this further in the FCD if you feel hard done by

I'm just going to take ownership of it now, as its all people want to throw at me for discussing certain things.

Yes I am the R word. What now? What power have you got?
Can we get past this now and actually disseminate certain subjects?

Ever heard the expression birds of a feather flock together.....

Does that make birds Racis' too?

Do you dislike a particular race or all other races that are not your own? And what is it that you dislike about them?

People are becoming more openly racist again, and these race baiting articles are massive click generators that contribute towards dividing people.

I don’t think people are openly racist (maybe some fringe elements are) but I think the race baiting articles stir up division and if people think they can’t win then they may swing the opposite way towards racism.

I do think the many race threads should be shut down. Maybe have one bumper thread? I don’t know.

Well all I've ever experienced from them is racism. At school a gang of black people always used to call me honky etc, it always amused me, it was like water off a ducks back and I never quite understood why they were being like that so young, I also don't understand why Muslims are allowed to force their kids to marry into their own race.
Yet white people are Racist?

Imagine white parents saying to their white daughter oh you can only marry a white person.
People are absolutely oblivious to non whites Racism.

Its because they have been programmed to believe that only whites can be racist which to anyone with a rational mind can see the insanity in it.
Its Marxist doctrine, being pushed through universities.

@Will Gill - if racism or race baiting threads aren’t against the forum rules then change the rules or create a new board for that type of discussion?

Any clear racist comments or content are strictly against the rules and will be dealt with immediately

However, it all depends how the post or thread is worded. Sadly a lot of stuff on here whilst being quite obvious and thinly veiled doesn't specifically break any rules. I can however assure you the mod team aren't all white supremacists, we also loathe racism and do plenty of work to remove as much as we can, plenty of posts never see the light of day on here and offenders are dealt with in accordance to the rules.

To be fair to ethnic families many white parents also undoubtedly do try and deter their children from marrying people of a different colour or heritage. They do however probably draw the line at organizing a marriage to their daughter's or son's first cousin.
