Or go round their house, drive off in their car and say you're taking it at a courtesy car, happy to return when you get your own one back.https://www.ceoemail.com/s.php?id=ceo-10473 email the CEO or write a proper, recorded delivery letter giving them a deadline to find and deliver the vehicle.
Police won't do anything. It's a civil matter. I'm not going to bother them with it unless it's a last resort. Police have better things to do.
It’s possible it’s been stolen. I know of a garage that had a customers Transit in, after half the engine being stripped down for diagnosis, the verdict was it’s not economical to repair.
Long story short the customer had arranged to pick it up the next day, only for the business owner to arrive at work the next day with a transit sized hole on his fore court and an awkward conversation with the customer. CCTV footage showed a couple of guys turning up in the early hours and within minutes it was loaded and gone. That was that.
That's my thinkinh too. If they want to say it's not stolen then they should be able to tell you where it is. If they don't know then it's missing. If you came out of your house to find your car "missing" what would you do? Ergo I would call the police. Worst they can do is say "not our problem".Yep, could be they are playing dumb to avoid corporate embarrassment.
If the car is gone and they say they can't find it, it should be reported as stolen. What else can you do with it. Insurance will also want closure on it.
