High bit rate audio is not touched by the driver, it just passes it through. So it's possible you don't have things setup correctly if it's not working.Any one elss not able to get Dolby atmos on home system to work with the new 6000 series?

How have you got things setup and what equipment are you using? Its strange since building the AMD build cpu and gpu ive lost dolby atmos on the home system it still works for headphones. also dolby works on my other build.
ALso using it over HDMI
Yeah that splitter could be the problem I'd have thought.HDMI from gpu to 4k splitter that goes to tv and dolby atmos sound bar. both tv and sound bar are dolby atmos. splitter is used to get rid of delay i get with sound. with its intel counterpart i get dolby atmos. but with my 5900x 6900xt msi meg x570 ace i cant select it says it is not supported when clearly it should be
Have you tried removing the splitter from the equation to see if it works?Splitter is used on other pc just fine and also used when using xbox series x both get dolby atmos over splitter.
TV is a
PHILIPS 70PUS7855 70" 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV
LG SL10YG 5.1.2 Wireless Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos
HDMI Splitter 1x2 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 HDR D-o-l-b-y Vision Atmos
Its just my amd build that's giving me trouble

If it does then you know the splitter is at fault.
I understand it works on a different platform, but not every platform is the same.
I've used this configuration before on the (Gigabyte) 6900 XT and all high bit rate audio formats are passed through correctly. With out splitter same issue
With out splitter same issue
Have a read of this discussion. I believe this user had a similar issue with a Sound bar and TV and a RX 6900 XT.I've used this configuration before on the (Gigabyte) 6900 XT and all high bit rate audio formats are passed through correctly.
I had it setup like this. GPU > HDMI > Sound bar In > HDMI Sound bar Out > TV HDMI EARC port.
I would recommend checking your TV and Sound bar documentation as it does sound like a setup issue as to why it's not being passed through correctly.
Disappointed with OcUk and AMD, they have indeed sent me a card that's not working .
I have tried the card on another motherboard that has onboard graphics and it is behaving similar, this time, it does not even show the Bios screen. The motherboard as soon as I plug into its onboard graphics port shows image and goes into the bios.
Ah great news. It should still be possible to get it working without the splitter, but regardless it works. Happy days.got it working changed a switch on the splitter
if you believe it is faulty request a replacement unfortunately things do go wrong for every 1000 cards 1 may be faulty. I would request a return and replacement.
Replacement, that means I would have paid £ 50 plus just for postage as sending back an expensive card is not going to be cheap. Don't they test these things or is amd this terrible
AMD and all other manufactures test a % of a batch they wont test every single card. they take a % test them stress them. their will always be a few faulty in any manufacture doesn't matter who it is faults can happen. also if the card is faulty sending it back will not cost you. If it turns out faulty you will get a replacement. just phone OC and they will be able to help you sort this issue out.
If the box arrived damaged no seal you should contact OC right away. contact them they will be able to provide more help than you will get on the forums. When this card arrived the box looked in a bad state, no seal, also the inside box, I'm sure someone had looked at it.
