When this card arrived the box looked in a bad state, no seal, also the inside box, I'm sure someone had looked at it.
I would be talking with customer service as it sounds used.

Yes. However, for 24/7 use i run lowered clocks (from my cards default which is 2469Mhz) and voltage. The 6900 XT is so fast that I can run all my games at high enough FPS that overclocking is not needed unless benching or perhaps recording a video for YouTube.
So my 24/7 settings are 400W in MPT, 2300/2400Mhz core clock in Radeon Software, which results in 2350Mhz in games. I run a voltage of 0.950v (+/- 0.025v) - (1.050v set in Radeon Software) this is actual voltage as read by HWINFO64. Default is 1.175v so this is a big reduction of over 0.200mv+.
These settings result in power draw under 100% load of around 225-260W, depending on the game and if Ray Tracing is used. With these settings i can run my fan speed at 25% 1250RPM+ which is silent and keeps junction temp at or below 100c.
If I am recording a video to upload to YouTube, I'll run overclocked at 2655-2755Mhz in Radeon Software and have the memory at 2124Mhz. This results in an in game core clock of 2700Mhz+.
If i am running Resident Evil 8 with Ray Tracing enabled i have to knock 30Mhz off that clock speed to gain stability. Ohter games like Dirt 5 run fine with the clocks above.
Ultimately I want this GPU to last a while due to the crazy component prices these days so I am treating it with baby gloves for the most part and going with the undervolt and silent fan speed.
Sure. Can i have a photo of your AMD Radeon settings and MPT voltaje settings? plz
Thanks, but i want to undervolt my GPU. What voltaje should i have to put in MPT?
The only value you should even contemplate changing in MPT is the Power Limit, don't touch anything else as there's very little to no benefit, and if you adjust voltage or some of the other values in MPT you can break things in the software. Thanks, but i want to undervolt my GPU. If you want to undervolt, set the Power Limit to +15% in Radeon Software, and start reducing voltage in 0.025v increments every hour of gaming until you hit instability.
This is a good starting point to keep stock performance but reduce heat, power and fan speed.
Radeon Software. Forget MPT, for now, Don't run before you can walk."If you want to undervolt, set the Power Limit to +15% in Radeon Software, and start reducing voltage in 0.025v increments every hour of gaming until you hit instability"
That - 0,025v is in MPT or Radeon Software?
Radeon Software. Forget MPT, for now, Don't run before you can walk.
If you have made any changes in MPT, click Delete SPPT and start a fresh.
If you get instability, or Artifacts, raise GPU voltage to 1.100v and test again. Only one of my three 6900 XTs has liked voltage this low at these clocks.Ok, done let's see where i get my GPU stable

Anything below 110C Junction temperature is safe.Okay, thanks. Also I would like to ask you what are safe temperatures for a 6900XT Daily gaming
That's not what the engineers tell me.Ufff 100+ is very high
I really like a silent top of the range gaming PC
Noticed prices have crawled down, OC will probably make a loss on them eventually. They over paid massively thinking people would pay £2399.
