Got to laugh at the old "Rangers have lost their history" **** being spouted.
You want a precedent? Check out Hibernain FC's official history:
2 times Scottish Cup winners, with the first being in 1887. The club went out of business 4 years later and reformed again in 1892. Guess what Hibernian FC's official club records state: 2 times Scottish Cup winners (1887, 1902)
Case closed.
A delightful first post.
So as history generally has happened we can all go on about how Rangers used money they didn't have to pay players they couldn't other wise afford to win leagues. Probably should put a little asterisk next to the seasons this applies to for the fun of it.
Fascinated what Scottish football is going to do next next week. I'm a little confused to the sale last week, has everything but the spl place and debt moved into a new company and basically blindly hoping they will get back in?
Oh so you are a dual account holder, forum rules broken nicely there.

Couldn't otherwise afford? Really? I assume you are the first person in the world to know of the FTT's ruling on the use of EBT's? No, didn't think so... It's hardly my first post. I was one of the biggest contributors to this thread before some over zealous admin decided to prevent me from posting in this section of the forum with absolutely no explanation or reason as to why!
Again, I point you to the point raised above regarding Hibernian since you have ignored the very point I made. If Rangers history is removed from the club (not the business that was founded 27 years after the club) then I suggest you contact Hibernain FC and the SFA to ensure that Hibs can no longer lay claim to the 1887 Scottish Cup.
As for the money they couldn't otherwise afford nonsense, will we put a little asteriks next to Manchester City's title win last season, or Chelsea's titles wins post Abramovich? How about FC Barcelona's recent 3 Champions League titles despite owing over €600 million and over €40 million to the Spanish tax authority? What about closer to home where Aberdeen FC have a debt circa £15 million shich is more than their annual turnover - would they be able to survive as an SPL club without having run up such a a debt?
FACT - Rangers were placed into administration due to the non payment of VAT, PAYE and NIC from June 2011 until February 2012.
Sky has never, ever discussed pulling out of covering Scottish football,’ he said.
'We have not discussed that possibility, either with the SPL or any other footballing authority. Nor has that been on the agenda for consideration within Sky, despite all the problems and difficulties being faced by Scottish football at present.
'If Rangers are not in the SPL, that would change things for us, naturally. It would leave a quality hole in Scotland’s top division. Competition would deteriorate and, in that event, we would have to renegotiate.
