So another case where using DLSS is better because it eliminates the ****** AA processing techniques..... "better than native" :p

Goes to show, this is another case where it is great for perf. i.e. takes you from unplayable 40s fps to playable 70+ fps

Shame this version of the game is **** though!

Just watched that, looks amazing - DLSS quality consistently looks better than native with taa in Crysis remaster and extra 50% performance is a nice benefit

there are games like this where even if dlss had 0% extra performance I'd still use it cause it actually looks better than the alternative

DLSS quality in Marvel's Avengers look much better than native in my experience as well. But that is mainly because the baseline TAA of the game is so horrible and blurred...

Yeah DLSS implementation has become easy mode with that Plug In now. Nvidia just needs to figure out how to make Ray Tracing that simple as well

Some of the tech nvidia created is impressive. Audio as well. This in my opinion (a complete package) is a more compelling argument for buying nvidia than amd, due to a whole host of options easily available software wise.

You thought it was bad on Nvidia, AMDs top card, the 6900 XT, only as fast as the 3060 Ti.

 :D

Quell surprise.

Why is this even a comment? Why troll? The RT is only as good as the 2xxx series /rolleyes. If people want RT right now, ina limited set of games, buy Nvidia 3xxx, it isn't even a question between the two companies. If people don't care about RT yet, then consider AMD as well.

Turn RT off or in vast majority of games that don't have RT and the 3060 is just a gimmick against the 6900xt.

-----------

What under reviewed/talked about tech from Nvidia are people using daily that made you glad you bought the card?

RT, good and 2xxx series should in no way appear together :p

LOL.

2xxx wasn't acceptable for RT, and neither is the RT on the 6xxx. 3xxx just about gets us to something worthwhile in my opinion. It was a much bigger improvement than I expected for the 3xxx series.

DLSS adds too much ghosting/blur for me to use it, surprised not many people notice it.

Probably its your output resolution. Force your game to output 4k then DLSS looks great.
Otherwise, just apply a sharpening filter and it will look sharper and clearer than native

During motion I also notice it but it is a small price to pay for the benefits it offers:

- arguably better IQ on the whole, largely because it beats TAA/FXAA etc. AA tech.
- the massive performance boost it brings for more or less the same IQ as native
