Is it stable? What's your impression of the card? Done any benching yet at 1440p I'm soo close to clicking buy!
really like the card, but i had to swap out my six year old silverstone 700w psu, as i was getting black screen crashes.i opted for a evga 850w psu now it runs perfect. overclocked to 950mhz on hbm memory, and 610 on core,40 +power. runs cool and quite, highs of 70c normally in high 60s.i have a 1440p 144hz monitor.

OK. Got the reference today.

Drivers tested 18.10.1 Oct-18. 8600K @ 5.1Ghz while listening streaming radio on chrome.

No changes, no fans nothing else changed. Freesync is OFF, no HBCC.
Observation. On Balanced mode I can live with it, as the fan is OK not audible over radio/gaming. (yes testing that also).

BIOS Switch left position. (I will update with next position).

<testing continues it will be updated>

Must say I am impressed with the reference card given that everything is stock including the fan curve.
Went for my previous 26996 settings but doesn't like it, but the card is onair. Trying to do 1690, needs better temps than 71C.

@Lokken86 as you see above, I am using a reference card like yours.
You were complaining your card couldn't do over 250W, however I do not see the issue on mine.
Had you tried to update it's bios since told you to do so, as it seemed yours was patched with the mining bios?

@TonyTurbo78 mate I believe can do 27500 with this one. Already 26032 graphic score on air with stock fan (kicks few seconds half way in the benchmarks).
Imho it behaves better than the Nitro somehow. I do not know how to prove it, but it feels like that. Ordered the Swifttech Heatkiller IV for it, as is the best looking block for it.

@LtMatt I am kinda baffled. Reason is on Balanced mode the reference did graphic score 23840, yet review sites like Guru3d, it did 22720 and the guy was complaining it burned 335W!!!! (ok he put all power indicators to 1200mv yet still).

Didn't saw this power consumption even on test (d) with 25210 graphic score.
Please ask your bosses, next time they send new GPUs out to testers, tell them how to test properly. Or give a test card to someone with experience (ehm I can sign an NDA if needed :D ), to provide tuning guides to the reviewers... :D

Panos, try pushing the hbm up should see 1125-1175mhz. Over 1125mhz the soc clock will rise to 1200mhz from 1100mhz and offsets the held vddc, so adjustment will be needed.
Hope you put the ear plugs in for the reference coil buzz edition. ;)

Actually coil buzz is less than the Nitro, however even if you try to listen to it, the jet engine in there covers everything :p

Tests will continue after Friday as I am off to Bristol tonight.
