The Show Off Your Tattoo Thread

Just had another addition to my sleeve today.

Eat well before and take something sweet with you!
It hurts, but its more of a raw sensation depending where you have it done, not sharp pains. Just try to relax, chat to your artist and think of the end result to keep you going. :)

It hurts, I've had left shoulder blade, inside of forearms and neck done. All of them hurt equally but in very different ways. Shoulder blade was a very sharp pain when going over the bone, inside of forearms was more of a stinging pain and neck was a more consistent sharp ache if that makes sense. But I'm one of those weird people who actually enjoys the pain, so I didn't mind it all one bit. :D

This is start of my sleeve as of December last year. Piece done my Sebastian Nowaki.

After a lifetime of waiting, I'm booked in with rob Richardson on the 9th October to add more! Cannot wait

For me, he's the best around at the moment. Shame he's doubled his day rate since I've tried getting in with him haha! Certainly worth it though.

I've also committed my right arm for a B&G sleeve! After my wedding of course :p

What are you getting?

My daughters initials - she passed away 6 years ago...image below

When people say 'It doesn't hurt' trust me, it does. :p ;)

I won't lie, it did hurt but the pain was bearable!

I've got a doctor who, half life, and rocket from the crypt tattoo. I think I put them up in the doctor who thread, I'll dig them out soon.

Certainly is - a lovely sentiment, Snips.

The skull and the heart work. I bet it's quite a bit!

Not too bad actually! He was guesting at Mark Besters studio in Yarm, so he charged me £500 a day instead of his £750 in london.

Its 2 sittings so far, 14 hours in. to complete the arm, im looking at another 20+ hours atleast. Thats with Rob at £800 a day

What you getting from Mat? He's brilliant. Then again all the Creative Vandals guys are.

i LOVE mats work. His new skool way is awesome, its just a shame i dont love it personally to be on my skin!

Looking forward to seeing it

Khorne logo by Alex Wright at Sacred Art Tattoos in Manchester. Whilst he didn't design it, I think he did a pretty good job of transplanting it onto my shoulder :D

Will be carrying on the motif into a half sleeve.

Nice use of colors ^^^ :) I would be very happy with that on my arm but space is running low atm! :p

Latest addition to my 2nd sleeve - using Tattoo Goo on this one which seems to be working well so far.

Thanks dude. He's due to be continuing the Khorne theme further down the arm later this year :D Sweet sleeve man, does it go all the way up to your shoulder?
