Damn. About 14 years too late....still better late than never.

I might actually try and buy that, just so I can say to the family, "Look, I finally got my oil rig".

I did get several technic sets though, including a yellow 4x4 off road rally thing that I loved, which were just so fantastic and all in all a brilliantly versitile toy
That the one with the V6 in the front? You could make it into a truck too which was better imho. I had the Technic Seaplane, that was very cool. Never did get the pneumatic JCB though :(

I also never got a Lego electric train set even though I asked for one every brithday and christmas for about 5 years.

This was before the Sega handheld - the Atari Lynx. I remeber spending too much time playing Shadow of the Beast on one in the shops. Parralax scrolling was state of the art back then!

I remember it being in Debenhams, and every Saturday I would go and have a look at it.

Also one of these was high on my list. Never got one :-(

I really wanted one of them, every time we went into John Lewis it mocked me :(

I eventually picked up it's little brother at a carboot for a tenner but it wasn't the same :( (I finally threw it out last year).

The other one I wanted was

I had Krark, Gore and the rhino one but not Zilla :-(

Mister Frosty he's so fun, he makes treats for everyone!

I think I wanted one based on the sheer catchiness of the jingle alone :/

I wanted, and still do want one.

Think of how useful it would be on your desk, or in the event of a nuclear fallout or something, you just HAVE to have one. :(
