Guess what guys! you aint heard from me for a week or so because I went from vaping 50ml dayly to running out of my beloved RY4 liquid and living off the dregs (Making Ecig dockers) from RY4 bottles, and after 5 days of struggling and vaping any old flavour I had laying around and using my small pro tank 2 so I didn't use as much liquid...

Today 1Litre of RY4 turned up at my door :D Also, arriving from America was my first dripper, cant remember the name of it, its from fast tech. a dual coil dripper. It came with a 1.5ohm and silica wicks, I tried a few drags on it tasted rank. But not had time to build my own coils and use cotton on it yet but.. Im going to have a tinker with it now and tomorrow drill the air hole out a bit.

Also, back using my kayfun 3.1 now that I have enough liquid to do so, feels like heaven on the throat and lungs!

Oh also, I got my cast off my arm and hand today, my hand is floppy as a fish and jesus it felt weird holding my mouse properly again after 6 weeks of not being able to move my fingers and wrist and hand :D Will be able to make coils with ease again now :)

I had to. Ive gone all this time without one bud but I really like his juice (:eek:) so what the hell. Only added the missus and put profile to private though. To be fair though theres quite a few who only have FB pages and not websites. Does my nuts in does that.
 
I think I'm going to treat myself to a nice dripper. I have a big dripper clone that's ok but I don't need the tank as its for the house. Fancy a genuine for around £40 so I may try the classifieds on the vape forums. Don't want to spend that much as its Christmas and I need money for coke and hookers ;)
 
Just got my dripper set up, used 8 wraps of 28g kanthal, its a dual coil first time iv made one, and to my shock it was 0.7 ohms! ehhh :P first time iv ever vaped sub ohm, usually a single coil is 1.8ohms when I do that many wraps, im guessing a dual coil halves the ohms?

Had a few drags on it and jesus it gave me a nicotine rush to hell even at my 6mg that I vape, definitely needs a bigger airflow hole, or more than one should I say, but I didn't expect much for a 3 quid inc shipping from America. but bloody hell, its actually alright haha! will drill the air holes out tomorrow.

Yeah. Theres nothing at all until he accepts you as a friend but I was talking to him last night and he has a fill time job then does juices in his spare time. Hes got a wife and new born also so I guess he has more pressing issues. I dont think he wants to expand as his current customer base has him run ragged and I've a feeling that's why its not advertised. More a mate of a mate sort of thing

Definitely need more airflow in that if it's the one we were talking abut in the old thread. Make sure they align with the coils and provide air to them when/if you do drill it.

If you thought you went through a lot of juice before, well... Let's just say it's good that you've got yourself a litre for chrimbo ;)

Haha I know, about three drags and im vaping the coils dry, and that's when iv filled it as much as I can.

Is 0.7ohms safe? I use a 18650 battery on a vamo v6, I don't know much about ohms etc, iv always just stuck to 1.8ohms.

This dripper feels red hot haha, iv kept checking the battery it doesn't feel hot. iv just never vaped this low ohms before.

Edit: Just stuck my kayfun back on, and JESUS Christ I just got the biggest dry hit ever, forgot id just built a coil in my kayfun and had it layed down on my desk with no juice in, and I just stuck it on @ 20w and took a drag, was just all burnt cotton, what a noob mistake! too many beers me thinks :D

Perhaps something like a Mutation X would suit you? It has a reasonably deep well and gives plenty more than a few hits. The airflow adjustment is pretty simple and effective, plus it's cheap for genuine one.
 
Yeah just googled it, it looks good especially with adjustable airflow on it looks pretty trick.

We shall see, iv spent far too much on vaping gear lately, especially struggling for a week using my old tank which didn't sip liquid like a v8 compared to a Toyota prius and using old liquid, I just want to sit down with what iv got and vape my new liquid :p

Plus I want a kayfun 4 aswell lol. im a sucker for the tanks, though this dripper is good and its my first one, meh filling it up all the time, that will do my nutt in I think. but not as much as the hit and miss of the kayfun 3.1's tendency to work perfect one min, then next time you go to drag it get a dry hit or a flood, which is why I want a kayfun 4, you can get to the coil at any time etc without having to drain it.

But with that said, you know, the ease of my old protank and the flavour you get from it, I cant actually fault that little **** it does the job and does it well, only thing is there isn't much room for the coil, but the way it delivers juice to the coil, its a lot better at doing that than the kayfun 3.1 and anything else iv used yet. we shall see what I decide to stick with once I get my self a decent dripper and a kayfun 4 I guess.

But no matter what, Ill always use my old protank mini when im out and about because its small, fits in my pocket perfect with my old Itaste 3.0 VW

The Vamo v6 and kayfuns/drippers are just for home use

I just realised that the £13 I paid for mine was a special offer. Didn't realise they were twenty quid odd normally.
Just don't get a V2 model if you do go for one. It has pita triangle head screws.
 
haha indeed! But I just stuck my protank 2 mini on, and jesus the flavour from this little beast is fantastic, enjoyed using my old protank whilst I had hardly any liquid again.

Just kinda stuck in the middle of, got my old protank that's fantastic, got a kayfun 3.1 that delivers the goods now and then, and now a dripper which is the easiest thing iv ever built a coil for, which works no matter what because your mouth is about a centimetre from the coil, and you know for a fact its going to be wet! haha

I've been looking at the mutation myself too (great minds et.al. ;)) I really thought that the air holes design seems better on the v2 than the v1, I'll have a closer look nearer the time when I'll purchase it, the tri-screws shouldn't bother me as they look like nintendo type screws and I have 2/3 drivers for that as is. :)
