The Atlantis is the worst tank for burning through juice, well.. not including what it spits out at you... the Lemo can empty a tank pretty quickly too if you chain vap like I tend to do when driving.

Yes it can go through a tank pretty fast, though I find using a higher ohm single coil helps make it last longer.
Think its biggest let down is filling it, bit awkward don't you think?

Erm, it could be better, but it's not so bad I suppose. Is there any other way apart from removing the top cap and filling the tank directly?
It seems easier than the vids I've seen showing how to get a proper full tank into the V1 model at least :D The real problem is the reduced capacity.
I also find that it can ever so slightly leak a little from seepage past the lower orings. No real biggie though.

In other news, I got a Nemesis clone and a Plume Veil delivered today.
Not tried the Plume yet, but I'm really liking the Nemesis. Such a clean hit. The only problem is that I was a dunce and ordered black chrome instead of the black one to go with the Plume... :o :D
Oh well, have an SS + a white one (for a white/chrome Vertex 2) on the way too just to have a selection of drippers on constant standby for when I get bored of one flavour. Plus, they'll come in handy for taste testing seeing as I mix my own juice.

Also want another VV/VW device @up to 50w and just can't decide on which one... First world problems yo.

I fill mine from the bottom, unscrew the bottom chamber from the glass and hold together so the chimney stays connected and no juice leaks out, that way I can get max juice into it... but if your hand slips and that chimney pops out with the spring... I imagine it would get messy fast.

Yeah, that's the method I was on about. Didn't fancy the hassle with that really.
I don't really use it that much tbh. It's mainly reserved for out and about stuff when I can't be bothered to drip and want more beef than the Lemo.

Can anyone here with a Moander Kayfun 4 clone, confirm if you got spares and a screwdriver inside your box? also the positive block is it a grey colour on the sides and polished ontop - Trying to work out who makes this clone lol its in a box identical to the original minus the serial sticker.

I don't know about the V2 of the Big Dripper but on the V1, if you can get a drip tip with the same outer diameter as the plunger bit you press to release juice you can fill it to full capacity using the same method as filling 3ml, just remove the bottom push the chimney and drip tip flush to the chamber (as the tip will be the same diameter as the plunger it will still be sealed) and you can fill it all the way without the messing around.

That is a very poor and confusing way of describing, sorry about that! :o

And the Plume Veil is a great RDA. :)

Took delivery of the Tobeco Kayfun V4 last weekend, there was no bag of spares included with it either.

If its any consolation the genuine V4 doesn't come with any spares either :)

Cheers all

yeah the V2 can be done the same, but I only used the BD in the car so capacity was enough, but now I have the Lemo on an istick its hardly used lol

The plume is a very good atty for flavor but a leaky sod if you get your wick wrong or drip a little too much, I much prefer the CLT V2 Plus, just as good for flavour and great for vapor, but more forgiving if you overfill as the bottom under coil airflow is higher off the juice deck as are the main airflow holes.

That is an issue with the Plume, you cant get much juice in it, do you know if the 1.5 has improved that?

I have been using the Hobo a fair bit, you can get a lot of juice in that for such a small atty.

I was planning to keep the post hole airflow closed to help avoid leaks from there at least. It does have a pretty shallow well it has to be said...

No biggie. The collection is swelling nicely, so there'll be others to play with if it does turn out to be a pain :)
I'm still loving the MX2 tbh. After a bit more time with it, I can definitely say that it is a step above the MX1.

I will be getting the 0.6 Nic base as I can't stand anything higher.

Going to get some Peach Fuzz, Slurricane, Swamp Thang, Grape Drank, Menage a Trois & some other stuff called 24 Certified which is supposed to be nice.

Roll on 10:30 when I can get out to get them!

Swamp Thang is nice, but a very sharp flavour. Still vape it though.

I wouldn't mind trying Grape Drank, but finding it for under a fiver is proving difficult.

I hope you bought some EzDuzIt... if not you are really missing a tasty vape.

From the reviews and pictures ive seen, the v1.5 plume will be no better at holding juice im afraid, Rip was not overly keen on the quality of the V1.5 either...
Im still waiting for my hobo to ship, I hear its good with an ni200 build for dna40 temp control.

I used and abused the PV for a long time, really enjoyed it. You just have to drip little and often but it is a really nice vape.

Yeah I saw that video, he wrecked the delrin insulator trying to remove it didn't he? Poor show from Aethertech with that after all the delays getting it released too.

I have been rocking the Hobo on a Hana mini as it makes a very portable setup, stellar performance from it I must say.

Thats the thing, mine does have spares, including a little double ended screwdriver lol cant find anything about who makes it, seemingly nobody knows hehe - my box is identical to the original including the holographic sticker, full manual and exploded poster thing + spares including another spring also silver plated. Waiting for a reply to find out, but i thought id ask here as im sure this was supposed to be a moander version but they dont have spares either from what i can see.

Edit - apparently the one ive got is an iJoye version - totally new to me these are so not sure how good they are supposed to be, so theres a fair few versions out in the wild.

I'll keep that in mind :D

On another note, I've been using these batteries. They're VTC4's by all accounts unless someone can tell me different.
I've been chaining with one in a Nemesis on a .25 dual coil for the last hour or so and it's all good. Been checking it every now and then and no warmth or anything of the like.
Then again, it should only be pulling amps around the mid teens afaik.

AFAIK they are rewrapped/rebranded VTC4 so you should have no issues with them. :)

Have you got magnets in the Nemi switch or still using the stock spring?

Not yet, but I was planning to get some. Tbh though, this spring is absolutely fine and I have no issues with it. It may well get looser as it wears in, so perhaps grabbing some magnets would be an idea.

The magnets are pennies on FT, they do a nice hybrid adapter for it also, both are great little mods for the Nemesis.

Yeah, I was looking at some neodymium ones on the bay. Because neodymium innit? :D CBA to wait for FT in this case either.

*Noob alert* What does a hybrid adapter do?

Haha its all about the neodymium homie! :p Yeah its not the fastest service from FT that's for sure!

The hybrid adapter allows for the 510 on the atty to sit directly on the top of the battery which reduces voltage drop. Looks nicer too IMO :D
